About Me:
I was born and raised in Sacramento. As a young child I remember the drive to Folsom Lake, past miles and piles of mine tailings, those round river rocks you see around Folsom. Wow, things have changed around here! And this beautiful area has grown into one of the most desirable places to live in California.
I graduated from UC Davis in 1977 and moved to the Bay area. I bought my first house in San Jose with a college buddy in 1980, and thought we were locking in a good interest rate at 15%! In spite of the crazy interest rate that first house turned out to be a great investment and I have been hooked on real estate ever since. It has long been my passion and is now my career. I moved back to Folsom, then to El Dorado Hills in 1994.
